Jaime has dedicated over 20 years to operational management and clinical leadership in the behavioral health industry. She began her career as an in-home behavior technician, where she developed a deep passion for behavior analysis. That passion led her to become a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst, specializing in autism, dual diagnosis, and educational consultation. Throughout her career, she has worked across home-based, center-based, educational, and mental health settings, gaining a broad perspective on care delivery.
With a unique blend of clinical expertise and executive leadership, Jaime is driven by a commitment to making meaningful progress for children, families, and clinical teams. She has led multi-state organizations in delivering high-quality, compassionate services while expanding access to care and strengthening family support systems. Her leadership is rooted in a belief that every child deserves the best possible outcomes—and that strong, well-supported teams are essential to achieving them.
Outside of work, Jaime is a foodie who loves road-tripping in her RV with her husband, exploring new hiking trails, and catching live music whenever she can. Most importantly, she’s a proud mom to two amazing daughters who inspire her every day.
